K & H Resources is a Tanzanian-owned mining company bringing together decades of experience across extractives, infrastructure, and investment. We combine international best practice with a deep understanding of the local operating environment to unlock the vast untapped mineral potential in Tanzania.
Our work spans consultancy services, mining services & equipment partnerships, and the identification of viable Primary Mining Licence (PML) investment opportunities to realise our long term ambition to take equity positions in investments in mining operations.

Co-Founder
Kenneth Mutaonga
An accomplished infrastructure, extractives and energy executive with over 17 years' experience across oil & gas and power. Previously Director of Exploration, Development & Production at TPDC, where he oversaw more than $100m in annual capital investments and led upstream development. Senior leadership roles at Shell, Frontier Investment Management, and the President's Delivery Bureau — at the crossroads of commercial strategy, national policy, and international negotiations. Serves on the board of Exim Bank.
Co-Founder
Harold Tibanyenda
A seasoned infrastructure, telecom and ICT executive with over 17 years of experience. Senior leadership roles at Nokia and Ericsson, leading large-scale programmes and portfolios across Africa valued at over €120m annually. Founder of Telcotek Consult, an engineering consultancy in ICT, telecommunication and project management with a focus on cybersecurity. A registered consulting engineer with both ERB and AEQSRB.
